By placing an order with Moving Container Center, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms and Conditions serve as a formal agreement between the customer (“you”) and Moving Container Center (“we,” “our,” “us”) regarding the purchase, delivery, and use of our shipping containers and related services.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be:

At least 18 years old
Authorized to make purchases on behalf of yourself or your organization
Able to provide accurate delivery and billing information
Willing to accept delivery at a safe and accessible location

We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be reasonably fulfilled due to location, safety restrictions, or product availability.

2. Order Confirmation & Invoicing

Once you confirm your container selection, our team will issue a formal invoice that includes:

Product type and condition
Quantity
Delivery location and details
Applicable taxes
Total cost including flat-rate shipping
Moving Container Center’s official bank transfer instructions

Your order will only be processed once full payment is received and verified.

3. Payment Terms

We accept bank transfers only. We do not accept credit cards, checks, third-party payment apps, or online gateways.

Payment must be made in full before processing begins.
Orders will not be shipped without verified receipt of payment.
Moving Container Center is not responsible for delays caused by payment errors, incorrect reference numbers, or incomplete bank transfers.
All payments must be made to the banking details issued directly in your official invoice from @movingcontainercenter.com. Any requests outside this domain should be disregarded and reported.

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery is fulfilled within the continental United States, using licensed freight carriers.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
Delivery Window: 3–5 business days after processing
Shipping Fee: $450 flat rate per container, unless otherwise agreed

You must ensure that the delivery site is safe, accessible, and prepared to receive a container via tilt-bed truck or other arranged method.
A sales representative will provide tracking updates, delivery instructions, and an ETA. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-side delays (e.g., inaccessible site), re-delivery fees may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible containers.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned unit, provided:

The container is in its original condition (clean, unmodified)
The reason for return complies with our Return Policy
Moving Container Center is notified in writing and approves the return request

Custom orders, modified units, and clearance stock may be non-refundable unless a material error was made on our part.

6. Condition & Inspection

All containers are sold in either:

New / One-Trip Condition
Used (Wind and Water Tight)
Clearance / As-Is Condition

We provide accurate descriptions and, when requested, photos or specifications in advance. By accepting delivery, you confirm that the container condition matches your expectations and the terms agreed at purchase.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the container upon delivery and notifying Moving Container Center of any issues within 48 hours.

7. Taxes

Sales tax is applied based on the delivery destination and current state/local tax laws.

If you are tax-exempt, a valid exemption certificate must be submitted before payment to adjust your invoice. We cannot refund sales tax retroactively.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and product listings on www.movingcontainercenter.com are the intellectual property of Moving Container Center. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Moving Container Center is not liable for:

Delays caused by freight carriers, weather, or force majeure
Incidental or indirect damages resulting from container use or misuse
Issues arising from improper site conditions or customer-handled modifications

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the container(s) in question.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
