Welcome to Moving Container Center. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which comply with the laws of Australia.
1. Legal Compliance
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and other applicable Australian laws.
Customers have the right to fair treatment and access to product information as per the CPA.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through our official website, email, or authorized representatives.
Payments must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and approved financing options.
Customized orders or special requests may require a non-refundable deposit.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery takes 3-5 business days after payment confirmation, subject to availability.
Shipping fees are determined based on location and container size.
The customer must ensure accessibility for delivery. Any failed attempts due to inaccessibility may result in additional charges.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or does not match the description, in line with the CPA.
Refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to review and approval.
Custom-built or modified containers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cancellations after dispatch may result in restocking or transport fees.
5. Warranty & Liability
Containers come with a limited warranty covering structural integrity, subject to proper use and maintenance.
Moving Container Center is not liable for damages caused by improper use, modifications, or third-party handling.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or factors beyond our control.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must comply with local zoning laws and obtain any necessary permits for container placement.
It is the customer’s duty to inspect the product upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We adhere to POPIA and will protect customer data with strict confidentiality measures.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, legal action will be pursued under Australian jurisdiction.
Customers may lodge complaints with the National Consumer Commission (NCC) if their rights are violated.
